What You Will Learn

  • Punches: You will learn the proper way to throw effective strikes and combos, including Jab, Cross, Hooks, and Uppercuts
  • Kicks: Learn how to throw a variety of kicks including High kicks, low kicks, and teeps (push kicks)
  • Knees and elbows: Learn the “art of 8 limbs” – this is what separates Muay Thai from other forms of martial arts.
  • Footwork. This is the most basic and important part of kickboxing. Learn how to move properly, close and create distance.
  • Defense: Learn how to properly defend yourself with effective ways to create distance, neutralize the threat using blocks, and counters.
  • Clinch: When your opponent is too close to kick or punch, learn how to control your opponents whole body and throw proper strikes at close range.

Focus on boxing, kicks, punches, weightlifting and bodyweight movement for an overall cardio, strength, and conditioning session.
