*Partners will do the runs together. You cannot start onto the inside movement until both partners are onto the gym flooring.
*The inside work can be broken up anyway you choose. Only 1 barbell will be used and only one partner is allowed to work at a time.
*This and all workouts will be one and done. You have until Wednesday October 14th to complete this workout and get your scoresheet submitted to Dan.
*This workout is being programmed on Friday due to the weather change over the weekend. Take advantage of the warmer weather and get this done Friday!
