Good morning! I am so excited for what we are rolling out for you all today!

Starting immediately, if you hold an unlimited CrossFit membership at The Point, you have been upgraded! You now, at no extra charge to you, have access to not only CrossFit but also, BURN, HIGH FITNESS and Saturday morning MYOFASCIAL ROLLING! I am so excited to be able to offer this to you. We have so much more to offer and I want you all to experience the top notch training we have going on at The Point.
So, what are these other classes and when are they?
Burn can be compared to a bootcamp type class that you may have seen or attended elsewhere. It uses bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbell, medicine ball, TRX, and a variety of other movements. You get a unique workout everyday that is lead by one of our great instructors, Coach Shauna or Coach Jamie.
The schedule for these classes are changing a bit starting this week. We are adding a new class! We will have half hour classes Monday through Thursday at 5:40 AM and 6:10 AM. Get in, get your fitness on and get out ready to start your day! We will also continue to have 45 minute classes Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 AM!
If you haven’t tried these classes, now is your chance with your upgraded membership.

The Schedule for these classes are:
Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 AM

After a full week of working out, everyone can benefit from our rolling class lead by our Yoga team. Every Saturday at 9 AM, we have a rolling class. This instructor lead class will lead you through rolling movements with a special roller that is aimed at breaking up the myofascial tissue that you have been putting through the wringer all week long. Every athlete, no matter the fitness modality you choose, needs to take time to take care of their body.
Weekly and Monthly Raffles
To encourage you to not only try a new class but also invite your friends to try these out, we have put together a weekly raffle for current members and a monthly raffle for your friends who come in and try it out.
I’m going to turn the time over to our lead High Fitness instructor, Terra Nielsen and our Burn team to explain how this raffle is going to work:
October Group Fitness Raffles!
Grab raffle tickets in class from your Burn, High, or Myofascial Rolling Instructors and Coaches for the following-
– Bring a friend to class! For every new friend you bring, you’ll get 2 raffle tickets!
– Try a new class you’ve never been to before (different times, format, instructor, etc.) get 1 ticket.
– If you’re a hardcore regular, you’ll get an additional ticket for attending 3+ classes in a week.
Weekly drawings through October for awesome prizes! Your tickets stay in the drawing till the end of the month.
Any friends you bring will get entered into their own drawing to win class punch passes!

Yesterday there was yet another local competition where we had members of our gym participate! Coach Dave and Colin MacArtney teamed up and took first place after 24 hours of grueling workouts! Congratulations boys and way to represent! Make sure to congratulate them next time you see them.
Dexabody Side Hustle Quarter 3 update
I am still waiting to get everyone’s scans from the past week so I can figure out the winners of our cash prize. I am hoping to announce winners early this week.
For those who want to join the quarter 4 side hustle, you have until the end of this week to get your scan done to be eligible.
2020 Fall Lockdown
You have just over a week to get you and your partner signed up! First WOD announcement will be this coming Friday with WOD 1 being programmed next Monday. Get on the App and sign up. Each individual needs to sign up.
I am so excited about today’s announcements. Being able to offer both sides to current Unlimited CrossFit members has been something I have wanted to do since we started. We have such an amazing array of fitness choices at Point Fitness and I am excited that more of you will be able to enjoy them at no extra cost to you.
With that being said, please share the word. Try out a new class and bring some friends to try it out too. I am so appreciative of the support I feel from all of you and I love that you want to see our gym successful so please keep sharing the good word.
We have laid the foundation and built a team of instructors that will rival any other space. Now it is up to all of us to spread the word and help our gym become the place where all fitness takes place.
