Clubs = Plank to pike
Diamonds = Push presses 95/65
Spades = Push-ups
Hearts = Plyo jump Squats
Jokers = 400m run
Partner A works through deck while the other partner bikes .33 mile When partner is done they switch Run is done together Score is total cards completed plus calories on bike
