Partner Deck of Cards
Hearts = Synchro Burpees
Diamonds = 2for1 Double Unders (Each Partner)
Spades = Squat Cleans 135/95 (Share the reps, one partner working at a time)
Clubs = Pull-ups (Each Partner)
Joker = Twice around the building together (600 meters)
* Where it says each partner, both you and your partner will complete the full amount of reps on the cards before moving on. For the Squat cleans, you will complete the reps shared with your partner with only one partner working at a time.
You may only turn the next card when both you and your partner have successfully completed the current card.
