ANNOUNCEMENT:
EQUIPMENT RETURN WILL BE FRIDAY FROM 9 AM UNTIL 1 PM OR ANYTIME BETWEEN NOW AND THEN. We are open weekdays from 11-1 for returns. If you are unable to return your equipment during those windows, please contact me. We need all equipment returned before Monday May 4th. For those of you who are immune compromised and will continue your fitness at home in our zoom classes for the time being… please contact me about your borrowed equipment.
WE WILL REOPEN CROSSFIT THE POINT/POINT FITNESS MONDAY MAY 4TH. There will be a few changes to schedule and reserving spots but we are going to work to go back to as normal as possible! Details to follow over the next couple of days.

On the Minute For As Long As Possible:
7 Single Dumbbell Goblet Thrusters or Odd-Object Thrusters
7 Alternating Single Dumbbell Power Snatches or Odd-Object Snatches

After 10 Rounds: Add (1) Rep to Each Movement
If you fail before the 10 minute mark, turn it into a 10 minute AMRAP

At the 15 Minute Mark complete:
