Each partner will do each round. One works as the “non-working” partner holds a single dumbbell or bag farmer hold. Example: Partner 1 does 2/2/20 then partner 2 does 2/2/20 then partner 1 does 4/4/20…etc
You will partner with someone on the same call. Maybe you can coordinate with a buddy to be in the same hour or you can partner with someone you workout with everyday in your home or just jump on and meet up with someone that is in the same class. If we have an odd number, we will have an individual option.
