15 Minute Cap
For time:
•100 double-unders
•21 burpees
•75 double-unders
•15 burpees
•50 double-unders
•9 burpees
Then immediately into Part 2 Option A or Option B
Option A
Run as far as you can until the 20 minute mark. (Example: If you finish the workout at 10 minutes… You will run out 5 minutes and back for the final 5 minutes. You will need to track how far you went.)
Option B
Until the 20 minute mark complete an AMRAP of:
20 Sit-ups
40 Mountain Climbers

No Equipment Option
Time cap: 15 minutes
For time:
50 jumping jacks 
15 burpees
35 jumping jacks
12 burpees
20 jumping jacks
9 burpees
Then immediately into Part 2 Option A or Option B
Option A
