Two rounds for time of:
200 Double-unders
50 Overhead Squats 135/95
50 Pull-ups
Run 1 mile

At-Home Version of “Bull”
Two rounds for time of:
200 Double-unders or 200 Jumps over object
50 Overhead Squats (Get creative using an odd object that you are able to hold overhead, or something you can squat in the front or back rack positions.)
50 Pull-ups (50 Bent-over Rows and 50 Bicep Curls)
Run 1 mile

Scaled version:
“Half a Bull”
Two rounds for time of:
100 Double-unders
25 Overhead Squats 135/95
25 Pull-ups
Run 800 Meters

At-Home Version of “Half a Bull”
Two rounds for time of:
100 Double-unders or 100 Jumps over object
25 Overhead Squats (Get creative using an odd object that you are able to hold overhead, or something you can squat in the front or back rack positions.)

6 Pop Squats with a twist
1 Minute Rest
