We have moved you all into different teams. You all will have a couple of our awesome coaches as your team leaders. If you don’t see your name below, please message me and I will get you assigned to a team.

Social Distancing Challenge
Now that you have your team… Here’s how this is all going to work. Every day you can earn points for your team by doing certain things. There will be weekly Nutrition Challenges that will earn you points and weekly additional Fitness Challenges. Here’s the breakdown:
Join a zoom class – 5 Points
Enter your workout score in SugarWOD – 1 Point
Post a video or Picture on Social Media while tagging Point Fitness and/or CrossFit The Point. – 1 Point

Weekly Nutrition Challenge Completed – 5 Points
Weekly Physical Challenge Completed – 5 Points

In order to earn points, you must check off what you completed in the SugarWOD app. All points will be tallied through the SugarWOD app.

What do you get if you win?
Besides the satisfaction of domination… There will be prizes! The winning team each week will receive 20% off product at Point Fitness for a full week! We will have operating hours during this shutdown.
Every week the top point earner will get the Point Fitness Bundle! This includes 1 CSE Protein, 1 Perk Energy, and 1 Offbeat Butter or $90 credit to the store.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday Noon – Specialty Class (Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Myofascial Rolling)
5:30 PM – Workout of the Day
7 PM – Workout of the Day (No late classes Friday)
Tuesday/Thursday 8:30 PM – Specialty Class (Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Myofascial Rolling) (No Late class Friday)
Saturday
8 AM – Myofascial Rolling
9 AM – Bootcamp with Coach Shauna or Coach Erin

Change
Change isn’t always a bad thing. Change can be just what we need to jumpstart ourselves. While this change has been forced upon us due to Covid-19, I hope you all can see what is possible during this time for your mental and physical well-being.
It comes down to changing our mental talk from “I have to” to “I get to”. I get to work out from home with my family. I get to join my friends via zoom from the comfort of my home. I get to work to earn points for my team.
This type of attitude can be used to bolster up our outlook and help us through this hard time.
I, for one, am excited to use this technology to continue to see you all and to still keep in touch with everyone. I am excited about this challenge and I believe for me personally it will force me out of the little workout slump I have been in due to the stress of this situation.
I believe if you commit yourself to this challenge and join us 100 percent, you will better not only your physical well-being but your mental well-being.

While we are social distancing we should be staying in touch more than ever. Don’t isolate yourself. Join us in this challenge and help your fellow Point Fitness and CrossFit The Point peeps survive this Covid-19 chaos.
