10 Air Squats + 400m Run
20 Air Squats + 400m Run
30 Air Squats + 400m Run
Continue to add (10) squats per round
(I want each run to take around 1:30-2 Minutes… If that means you need to modify the run to a shorter distance, then do so.)

20 Air Squats + 50 Double-Unders
30 Air Squats + 50 Double-Unders
