Point Fitness hours will be 6 AM Bootcamp classes with the 9 athlete limit in place. The High Fitness class at 9:30 AM is canceled but our 8 PM Yoga class is still on!
At-Home Live Workouts: 6:30 AM (we’re going to keep this for now but might switch to 7:30 for you sleepy heads) and 5:30 PM. Try to arrange your schedule for this. We had a fun live group tonight!
