Workout Notes: For Tier 3, the first part will have only one dumbbell (snatches and step-ups) but will add an extra dumbbell for the lunges and squats.
For all Tiers: On the lunges and squats, the dumbbell(s) will be held on the shoulders any way (i.e front rack, shoulder, back rack) One partner will lunge down and then squat 10 times. Then hand the dumbbell off to the partner who will lunge down and squat 10 times. Then repeat. So, each round each partner will complete 20 meters of lunges and 20 DB Squats.

30 sec work, 15 sec rest, 2-3 sets
