  • WOD notes:
  • WOD Part A
    • One partner works at a time.
    • Partner 1 must complete all 5 shoulder to overhead before Partner 2 can start their round.
    • Bike must be reset each round.
    • Athlete must show control at the top of the lift with the bar directly overhead.
    • At the top of the lift, athlete must be fully locked out, knees, hips and elbows.
  • WOD Part B
    • WOD will begin at the 10 minute mark and both athletes will have until the 18 minute mark to hit their max lifts.
    • Each lift must be performed and completed before moving onto the next lift in the complex.
      • i.e. you must fully deadlift the bar prior to your hang clean and you must stand up your hang clean prior to completing your front squat.
    • The top weight from each athlete will be added together to get the team score.
