It’s your hour of Bootcamp.
It’s your hour of yoga.
It’s your hour of Pop Pilates.
It’s your hour of triumph.
It’s your hour of progress.
It’s your hour of no kids.
It’s your hour with friends.
It’s your hour to forget about outside worries.
IT’S YOUR HOUR.

There are 24 hours in a day and except for when we are sleeping, we are being pulled every which way with responsibilities to family and work. We all need an outlet. We need that 1 hour where we can focus on ourselves.

This is what I hope the gym is for you. Coming to The Point is an opportunity for you to do some self love. Give your mind a break from everything going on in our lives. When you enter the gym doors we want you to leave refreshed and ready to face the rest of the day. Being at the gym should be your happy hour and we hope it is. You owe it to yourself to give yourself at least one hour a day to focus on you.

Group Fitness
It’s been so awesome seeing all the new faces coming in and filling up our High, Pop Pilates, Bootcamp, Yoga and Rolling classes. I love it! I love the energy you all bring! Keep bringing in your friends. Have them try out what you have found. It’s still only a dollar for January! They still have like 3 weeks to get in for that killer deal.

Utah Fitness League
Our team represented amazingly in week 1 of the Utah Fitness League! Congrats for taking 1st in week 1. We are hosting week 2! So let’s get everyone out to The Point at 11 AM on Saturday to cheer on our team! They do 5 workouts in 2 hours. It’s action packed and I am really excited to see how they do going forward.

Another week down. I hope you all are keeping with your goals. I am excited to see you all set a goal of hitting that happy hour at the gym every day!
