Happy New Year!

I love this time of year and I hope you all have had a chance to sit down and review 2019 and set goals for 2020. Let me know if there is any way I can help you accomplish your goals this year.

Dexabody Challenge
The final quarter of 2019 did not have enough participants to do the competition so I did not charge anyone the $40 for the competition but we will definitely have enough for Quarter 1 in 2020. I will send out a separate email to everyone that you will need to respond to to join the 2020 Quarter 1 Dexabody Challenge.

Schedule
I apologize for the mix up yesterday with the Rolling class. Here are some changes we are going to stick to.
Point Fitness Group Fitness Schedule:
BootCamp:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6 and 9:30 AM (9:30 class will now be a full hour)
High Fitness
Monday and Wednesday 8 PM
Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 AM
Saturday 7:45 AM
Yoga/Pop Pilates/Myofascial Rolling
Tuesday 7:30 PM Pop Pilates
Thursay 8 PM Yoga
Saturday 9 AM Myofascial Rolling
Youth CrossFit
Monday and Wednesday 4:30-5:15 PM (6-9 Year Olds)
Monday and Wednesday 5:15-6 PM (10-13 Year Olds)
Monday 6:30 PM and Thursday 7 PM (Teens)

Please don’t forget to get your friends to join you in these classes for just $1 for all of January.

CrossFit
Monday-Friday 5:30/6:30/7::30/8:30/9:30/Noon/4/4:45/5:45/6:45 (No 6:45 on Fridays)
Saturday 8, 9, and 10.

Winter Apparel Pre-order
The pre-order has been extended until the end of today. So if you wanted to order a hoodie or joggers, be sure to get on the app today because they won’t be on there after today and I’m going to start ordering Monday.

Parking
Below is a picture of where we are allowed to park. These are also pasted all over the front entrance of the gym. Please adhere to this. It will make my life so much easier to not have to deal with our neighbors and landlord.
Special note to 8:30 and 9:30 AM: We are starting to get busy during these two hours and especially with running two classes during the 9:30 class. So, 8:30 we, as trainers, will try and get you done with about 10 minutes to go and if we could make an effort to leave before the 9:30 class arrives then that would open up lots of spots. It’s not mandatory, just help me out and make an effort. 🙂

My Sunday Thought
So, it is a new year and you will begin to notice more and more people trying out our facility. I would ask that you be understanding and patient as new people look for their new routine. Let’s make Point Fitness and CrossFit The Point a place where they will feel comfortable tackling their 2020 goals.
Also, be sure to invite your friends to try this place out. We love having your friends and family join us and with our new facility and new offerings there is something here for everyone.

Coach LaDee’s Sunday Thought
“Great reminder this week as I start the new year. I had the heaviness of heart this week from someones words and even though I pretended it didn’t hurt me, it did. Today I was reminded of Gods love and kindness and the need to have joy when my heart is heavy. We all offend people, sometimes knowingly and sometimes unknowingly, but either way, it requires repentance to allow love to shine through. It requires us to ask forgiveness. We need more love, less criticism, more acceptance, less shunning. Let’s all be humble enough to make things right when we’ve caused offense. Let’s love on each other!”
