Classes are 8 and 9:30 AM. Invite your friends! We also have a High Fitness class at 8:30 and a Boot Camp class at 9:30.
Tomorrow is free to everyone for Murph and for the High and Bootcamp classes! Bring your friends and family for a nice little run and some hard work tomorrow morning!

Snowy Murph 2020
Above is a picture of when I first did Murph 9 Years ago. It was one of my first CrossFit workouts I ever did back in December of 2010.
Below that is the first year we did Murph at our first location. 2,000 square feet of carpeted fun. We began the Snowy Murph tradition to commemorate my first time doing Murph and first time doing CrossFit. Thanks for doing it with me! It’s also a great way to start your year off!

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it “Body Armor”. From here on it will be referred to as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
