You will add 10 reps (Meters) to each round. This workout is meant to keep you moving consistently for 30 minutes at a steady pace. You should pick a pace that you can maintain for the full 30 minutes. Round 1 will be 10 reps of each, round 2 20 reps of each, round 3 30 reps of each and so on.
