Partner WOD (it is Valentine’s Day after all)

The following will be buy-ins to the Bike/Row
50 Box Overs 24/20 (step ups allowed)
50 Wall Balls 20/14
35 Burpees
You and your partner will complete the buy-in, sharing the reps. When the buy in is complete, one partner will go to the rower and the other partner will go to the bike. For the rest of the 5 minutes you will bike or row for calories. Then at the next 5 minutes you will start with the buy in of Wall Balls. Your score will be total calories rowed and biked. If you rowed the first round, you will bike the second. Once you finish the burpees you’ll do one more round through of all the movements.
