Good Evening CFTP,
So far it has been an amazing competition. It has been a blast seeing you all compete each week. Due to the logistics of the teams we have had to make a couple of changes.
Our grand plan of finishing it off with a joint beast mode at the end of this competition may have been a little wishful thinking. Saturdays are hard and with Valentine’s being one of them we have decided to change it up. So… The schedule from here on out will look like this.
Week 4 (February 1-7)WOD announced during Sunday Spotlight and same rules apply as they have for all previous weeks.
Week 5 (February 8-14)WOD announced during Sunday Spotlight and same rules apply as they have for all previous weeks.
Week 6 (February 15-21) This will be the final week and the WOD will be a hopper WOD which means movements will be placed in a hat and drawn out. These movements will be placed into a workout and this will be the final WOD of the competition. This WOD will be a one and done for all teams.
We truly appreciate your patience with the changes as this is our first in house comp structured this way. We plan to do more in the future and will have learned a lot from this one. If you have any reason that you will not be able to complete the WODs in the given timeframes please let Dan or Dave or Ryan know and we will accommodate you as best we can. We already have a team this week doing Week 3 WOD on this coming Monday and we have another team out of town all of Week 4 that will be doing the same.
Our goal is to make sure that you all are able to participate fully in this competition so if you need special arrangements please let us know.
