“Running out of time” WOD (AKA End of the World)

Probably a waste of time putting this WOD up since tomorrow is the end of the world but just in case here it is. 😉

You will have 1 minute to finish each of the following. Then you will have  a minute rest. For those of you who do not finish the exercise you will do 10 burpees during the minute rest.

2 Rounds

3 full sets of ladders

15 sets of grasshoppers

20 T2B

25 Box Jumps 24/20

30 Pullups

30 Situps

40 Squats

An additional penalty will be assessed at the end of the WOD for every exercise you do not complete you will do 5 burpees per.
