Week 8 Champions League Competition WOD

For the Recreational, Master’s & Junior’s the workout is:
Power snatch, 75 reps for time 35kg/ 75lbs & 25kg/ 55lbs

For the Advanced Divisions the workout is:
‘Squat Isabel’ + ’30 Muscle-ups’
30 Squat Snatches 60kg/ 135lbs & 42.5kg/ 95lbs
30 Muscle-ups (turn out required)

The twist is you can accrue your reps in any order you wish.

So basically for those of you who can do muscle ups you will be doing the advanced version of this workout and for those who can’t will do the modified version.
